Whose shiitake logs are starting to grow for the first time this month? We set up this time-lapse video of our logs growing over a few days. Each frame of the video was taken in 10 minute intervals. The logs were inoculated 1.5 years ago with North Spore sawdust spawn and should continue to produce for many more years!
