❤️🤎🖤 February is Black History Month, and we asked some of our Life Care residents to reflect on their heroes from the Civil Rights movement and beyond. Answers ranged from abolitionist Harriet Tubman to Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, space race mathematician Katherine Johnson to President Obama. We are honored to share one of these residents' eloquent thoughts about his heroes, Martin Luther King, Junior, and Rosa Parks, and their legacy that is still relevant today. 🫶🏿 #BlackHist
